Fun Fact: Eisenhower held their first Trivia night.

On Wednesday, April 12, a game night was held in the cafeteria from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sound Sonic Entertainment, a mobile DJ service from Chicago, hosted the event.

11 clubs competed in the event, participating in three rounds of trivia in hopes of getting the most points. Categories ranged from pop culture and music, to history and geography.

The mathletes team won with a total of 70 points. The team received AMC Theater gift cards as their prize. Two bingo games were held after, the winners earning $5 and $10 as their prize.

“The DJ’s from Sound Sonic ran a fun event,” states Maureen Russell, administrative assistant, “It was a great afternoon.”

The overall goal of the Trivia night was to encourage kids to get involved and join clubs and activities.
