New year, new changes.

Thursday, May 25, at 6:30 p.m the seniors are ending their high school life and jumping right into adult world.

According to Ms.Majock, the assistant principal, one major change based on appearance is all the students captain gowns are red. “Everybody is a cardinal, and everybody should be in uniform, says Majock, “the students should be comfortable and not categorized as gender”.

This years keynote speaker will be senior, Michael Basta, who will be speaking to the 425 graduation seniors and their families.

Collectively the staff members decided this year that it was important to hear the students input on how they would like their last days at Eisenhower to turn out. As a result, there was talk that graduation would be held outside. Due to the seating arrangements however, the school will continue it’s tradition or being held inside  the main gym.

Since each student is only receiving four tickets, the ceremony would be live streamed by tv production on http://thecube.com/e/733507 thanks to Ms. Jodi Pelini and her WDDE-TV staff.

Parents are encouraged to park across the street at Burr Oak Bowling alley for $5.
