Things got spooky at Eisenhower’s Día de los Muertos Dance Community Scholarship Dance.
The dance was is on Nov. 2, from 7 – 11 p.m. in the cafeteria at Eisenhower High School.
The tickets were $15, if paid in advance, but $20 at the doors. Children 12 years and younger got into the dance for free.
The Art Club did face painting for children and food was provided like tacos and traditional snacks for purchase.
There was a surprise DJ and a live performances from Los de la Isla, Los Kuates, and Tamborazo Amanezer.
This annual event is held to raise money for DDE students in the form of scholarships.
