With the school year coming to a close, Eisenhower shows their appreciation for its large roster of clubs.

On Thursday, May 9, Eisenhower hosted its annual Activities Celebration from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.

The celebration had a slideshow played, showcasing all of the clubs and their achievements over the past school year, including projects, field trips, and sectional and state wins.

Mr. Timothy Baker, Activities Director, and Mrs. Susan Morgan, Activities Facilitator, presented top students with certificates of excellence on behalf of their club sponsors.

Baker and Morgan also honored Maureen Russel, Administrative Assistant, who is retiring after years of working for the district.

At the end of the celebration, 42 gift cards were raffled off to those in attendance, and Russel was gifted three of her own.
