Hailey Hecht-O’Connor
Describe myself in 150 words.. Well first off my name is Hailey. I am in my final year at Eisenhower, and this is my third year in the newspaper, second year as an editor. I was recommended for the newspaper, and honestly I'm so glad I did! Writing is one of my favorite hobbies, even if I usually write only ficiton. My other hobbies include drawing, watching movies, playing video games, learning about history and science, and eating. How many words is that, 82? Well I am also involved with a few clubs, such as Gaming Club, Anime Club, Drama Club, the Gay-Straight Alliance, and also a member of the stage crew of both the fall play and the spring musical. Some of my favorites foods are pretzels, popcorn, and Debbie Brownies (an inside joke for those at the newspaper). To fill up the 150 word count, I will finish with a quote (very cliche I know): "I love sarcasm. It's like punching people in the face with words."
